How does Delft Dibs work?
You set your filters once. Delft Dibs watches 10+ housing sources, checks new listings against your preferences, then processes them so you can see commute, nearby stores where available, and how good of a deal each listing is. If it matches, we alert you through the channels you choose.
Is it only alerts?
No. The dashboard is your overview and control center for your search and alerts. It shows how your search is going, how many listings match your preferences, and detailed listing views with price, commute, deal quality, and nearby store indicators. It also gives feedback on your preferences so you can tune your search faster.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Pro alerts are sent as soon as a matching listing goes live, usually within a minute.
Why not just use housing-site alerts?
Built-in alerts are often broad, delayed, or spread across different inboxes. Delft Dibs combines sources and adds student-focused context so you can decide faster.
Which cities do you cover?
Delft, Rotterdam, and The Hague are the current focus. Utrecht and Amsterdam are natural next candidates as coverage expands.

Eligible new accounts get 14 days of Dibs Pro free, including instant alerts. No card or payment is required during the trial. Subscribe only if you want to continue afterward.
Do I still need to apply myself?
Yes. Delft Dibs helps you find and assess listings faster. You still contact the landlord, housing platform, or agent yourself.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Cancel when your housing search is over, or whenever Pro no longer helps.
